Reasonable good Positive: Location good, shops and town centre within walking distance (gentle stroll 15-20 ) into Chester Center Negative: Few issues in kitchen, No plug for sink, no bowl to wash dishes in? minimum cutlery, ( 1 tea spoon)? no scissors Bathroom shower dial difficult to turn and sometimes cold water even though it was summer it was still cold Needs some TLC in bathroom, panel cracked, no plug either in bathroom sink Outside area needs tidying up, on arrival lots of bits of rubbish bags around, and someone had been smoking outside and left cigarette ends on the floor, (I packed up our rubbish but left it in kitchen as I didnt know which bin to put them in, needs good clean and window and seats but so narrow you cant really sit outside, I dont remember it was said that the Bathroom is downstairs?

DONT STAY HERE! Positive: Nothing Negative: Nothing like the photos. Paint coming off the walls. Everything was dirty. Rats in the bins outside. Hand prints on the walls. Stains all over the sofas and the rug. Kitchen chairs had food smeared on them. Kettle was vile. Didn't smell very nice either. Messaged the property and got an automated message back and then another asking if we wanted to stay longer. Disgusting place!

A basic apartment for budget seeking travelers. Positive: The size of the apartment was good. Located close to bus station and parking. Negative: Apartment in need of some repairs eg. bed head in one bedroom is broken, many light bulbs are blown, extractor fan in the bathroom never goes off, siding of the bath tub is broken, pictures on the walls are falling apart. Apartment is also in need of a deep cleaning, including the furniture in the living and dining rooms. Some minor improvements would go a long way towards making this apartment a gem.
